Move-In Final Review

Infinity File Compliance (IFC) offers a “Final Review” of the completed move-in certifications. A Move-In Final Review confirms signatures/dates have been completed by all adult household members and management staff on the following forms:

• Certification Forms

• Lease and Lease Addendum Documents

• Unit Inspection Report

• Verifications (IFC will confirm dates are within 120 days of move-in date)

The review will also ensure that each form was fully completed, confirming that unit numbers and move-in dates have been added to all necessary forms.
