Current Annual Recertification
Infinity File Compliance (IFC) will review the current Annual Recertification’s as requested by the client. Annual Recertification reviews are important for audit preparation and can be reviewed from 20% - 100% per the client’s request.
Annual Recertifications will need to be scanned to our secured remote server.
The Annual Recertification review will consist of the following:
Annual Recertification Notices – Follow regulatory guidelines, list correct verbiage, and dated accurately to reflect 120, 90, 60 Day advanced notification.
Income/Asset/Allowance Review – Verifications completed on time and calculations are accurate. IFC will also confirm the supporting documentation meets regulatory requirements.
Required Certification Forms – Completed by all household members and signed/dated within the correct compliance time frame by tenants and management staff.
The review notes will be outlined on an audit form that will list any corrections recommended by IFC to be completed by site staff prior to the next regulatory audit for the project.
